Paying your bill
Utility customers are currently able to pay their bill by stopping in City Hall and dropping off payment, placing payment in either of the drop boxes located outside of City Hall, via PSN, or by signing up for Auto Pay through the City of Ashland.

The City of Ashland is now offering Auto Pay at NO CHARGE for utility customers. To enroll in Auto Pay please complete the form linked below and return to Ashland City Hall with either a voided check or deposit ticket.

Personal property tax payments
Real Estate taxes can be paid in full by January 31 or paid in two installments. The first installment is due by January 31, and paid to the City of Ashland. Tax payment must be received on or before 5 working days after January 31, or the taxes are deemed delinquent. After January 31, taxes are due to Ashland County.
online PAYMENT OPTIONS
Tax payments can be made through the new tax payment portal. Tax bills can be viewed and paid directly to the City of Ashland. Use the following secure link: TAX PAYMENT PORTAL (sign in as guest) Receipts will be made available immediately. Payment processing fees are $1 for e-Checks (you will need your bank routing number and account number from your check), or 2.55% of the amount paid for debit or credit cards (Minimum of $2.00 fee)

This service is offered at no charge to utIlity customers
Payments made through Auto Pay will be taken from banking accounts on the bill due date. If customers are currently enrolled in Payment Services Network (PSN) auto pay they will need to cancel directly with PSN, city staff do not have the capability to do this on behalf of the customer.
If you are interested in this service, please complete the Auto Pay Form and return to Ashland City Hall with either a voided check or deposit slip.
