The 2020 Census mailings going out March 12-20

The 2020 Census is not just to document who is where. It is to be as accurate as possible when determining funding for schools, roads, public works and other public programs across the States. It is to be sure representation is spread out more fairly and evenly when determining congressional and state legislative districts. And it’s in the US Constitution.

April 1 is Census day, and your responses are very important to help bring Federal Funds to our area for roads, schools, and public services.

In today’s society, sharing your information can be scary. Be assured that by law, your responses and information cannot be shared by the Census Bureau. It is also against the law to use your responses against you in any way. Finally the Census Bureau takes every measure possible to maintain the highest level of privacy and security.

For help with completing your survey, or need answers to your questions, go to USCENSUS2020.

As with any large endeavor, volunteers are needed. Earn extra income while helping our community at 2020Census.gov/jobs.
