Pursuant to Ordinance 504.43, no person shall park any vehicles between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. on any residential street or avenue in the City of Ashland.
Odd-even parking shall be allowed on the odd numbered side of the streets and avenues on odd numbered days and on the even numbered side of the streets and avenues on even numbered days between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight.
The “No Parking 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.” provisions in the downtown will remain in effect.
Any vehicle parked on any City streets or avenues in violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance may be towed away, or removed upon the direction of the City Police Department and impounded.
