Snow Removal Reminders!

1

Help keep our city safe this winter!

Moving snow from private property into the public street and not following odd-even parking provisions hinders our Public Works Streets Crew's progress of snow cleanup, creates unsafe roads, and minimizes vehicular mobility!

As a reminder to residents, it is important when removing snow from private property residents do not move snow back into the City streets. Our crews recommend that snow be pushed back toward your yard or other open spaces on your private property.

Additionally, residents are not allowed to park on residential streets overnight (midnight to 6 a.m.) and will be required to follow odd-even parking provisions during the day (6 a.m. to midnight).  The “No Parking 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.” parking provisions in the downtown remain in effect all year.

For more information please call the City of Ashland Public Works Department at 715-682-7061.
