As of November 1st, 2023, the Winter Parking rules go into effect within the City of Ashland.
Any Vehicle Parked on Any City Streets of Avenues in Violation of the provisions of this Ordinance may be towed away, or removed upon the direction of the City Police Department or Impounded.
November 1 through April 1 there is no parking allowed between the hours of midnight through 6am on any residential street or avenue in the City of Ashland.
This excludes any street of avenue in the area between and including: Lake Shore Drive, Main Street, and 3rd Street between 14th Avenue W and Stuntz Avenue where there will be no parking between the hours of 2AM and 6AM.
November 1 through April 1 odd even parking is allowed on streets between the hours of 6AM and Midnight unless signage states otherwise.
Odd numbered side of the streets and avenues on odd numbered days and even numbered sides of the streets and avenues on even numbered days.
