Paying Your Bill
Utility customers are currently able to pay their bill by stopping in City Hall and dropping off payment, placing payment in either of the drop boxes located outside of City Hall, via PSN, or by signing up for Auto Pay through the City of Ashland.

Want to Make an Online Payment?
Go to the Payment Service Network (PSN) epayment portal to make an online utility payment.
Miscellaneous payments can also be made by going to PSN Payments
Enroll in Auto Pay
The City of Ashland is now offering Auto Pay at NO CHARGE for utility customers. To enroll in Auto Pay please complete the form linked below and return to Ashland City Hall with either a voided check or deposit ticket.

Auto Pay Enrollment
This service is offered at NO Charge to Utility Customers
Payments made through Auto Pay will be taken from banking accounts on the bill due date. If customers are currently enrolled in Payment Services Network (PSN) auto pay they will need to cancel directly with PSN, city staff do not have the capability to do this on behalf of the customer.
If you are interested in this service, please complete the Auto Pay Form and return to Ashland City Hall with either a voided check or deposit slip.
