Usage Portal
Since completing the Meter Upgrade Project, all meters have been automatically reading to our collection towers. In addition to providing hourly data on usage, the meters also have the ability to send out alerts to the Utility for things such as a sudden spike in water flowing through the meter, water continuously flowing the meter over a 24hr period, and even the temperature around the meter becoming too hot or too cold.
With the help of H2O Analytics, the City of Ashland Water/Wastewater Utility Customer Portal is now live and ready for use! The Portal is designed to learn your unique usage so if/when your meter triggers an alert, the Portal will have the ability to check if this alarm can be contributed to normal usage (annual filling a pool in the summer or flowing water in the winter for example) or is a new alert that needs attention (a sudden leaky toilet or broken pipe).
To set up your account, Click Here to be directed to the sign in screen (getmymeter.info).
Select the Create profile
Under Utility Information, you'll need to type in City of Ashland. Your Account Number can be entered using no dashes. Your username and password can be anything of your choosing. Under the user information, please type in your Utility account first and last name exactly as it appears on your bill.
Once you're in, you can update your settings using the gear symbol in the Notifications. You can set the times when we can notify you and how we notify you based on the meter data event.
Once you have set up your account, you can click the cell phone icon at the Account Summary to have a QR code to link your account to your smart phone. All you need to do is download the app (My Meter Info) and scan the code to have your meter data in your hands.
When you're ready to pay your bill, you can easily go to Payment Service Network (PSN) using the built in link:
If you need any help getting set up with the Portal, please let us know and we'd be happy to help you get started!
