Peter and his family moved to Ashland three years ago for the opportunity to enjoy life in a smaller city and the abundant natural landscapes in the region. He worked at Northland College for two years and now works for The Nature Conservancy. Professionally, Peter is a freshwater scientist who studies the health and integrity of streams, rivers, lakes, and the surrounding watersheds to better manage and conserve the ecosystems they're a part of. He enjoys time in the outdoors and looks forward to serving at the District 3 representative!
