Councilor Ortman has served the residents of District 6 for over 10 years and is the current City Council President! He is passionate about climate calming within the City of Ashland.
Councilor Ortman has lived in the City of Ashland for 42 years and enjoys cooking a good meal and working on home improvement projects, outside of serving on Ashland City Council.
