Election Information

The City Clerk administers all elections held in the City of Ashland. The Clerk’s Office provides ballots for residents, military overseas, nursing homes, and absentee voting in accordance with Federal and State laws.  Review your voting information, election deadlines, and absentee requests at the State of Wisconsin's election site: MyVote.wi.gov.

Polls are open 7:00 am to 8:00 p.m.

A photo ID is required to receive a ballot in all special and regular elections. To find out more, please review identification information here.

Transportation

BART Bus and Ashland County Aging Unit both provide free rides to the polls on election day; contact BART at 715-682-9664, contact Ashland County Aging at 715-682-4414 ext. 1.
